Senior Process Development Engineer, Lithography

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated engineer for the Lithography team in the to our MEMS manufacturing element process development team.

You will be working with a team of experts and be responsible of your own area technology development. You work in close cooperation with the product development, process specialists, equipment maintenance and production. Your tasks contain mainly development of process steps for current and next generation MEMS sensors, long term development projects and equipment investments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize processes for new product introduction
  • Develop and qualify new photolithography techniques or measurements, the associated experimental plans of which you will conduct.
  • Lead investment projects and secure production ramp-up with newly installed equipment
  • Improve the technology area process quality, yield and productivity
  • Identify cost savings opportunities and drive projects to reduce overall process costs
  • Recognize and define the need for process development and improvement projects

Requirements:

  • M.Sc., Ph.D. or D.Sc. preferably in e.g. physics or semiconductors with more than 3 years technical experience
  • Experience with processes specific to lithography and broad knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing technologies
